Jenna's passion is language, explicitly helping connect the pieces, like a puzzle, for children and watching that light bulb go off!
Jenna received her Masters of Science in Education for Speech-Language Pathology in 2016 from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. Her graduate program provided experience in medical and educational fields, with various clinical skills. Her passion is language, explicitly helping connect the pieces, like a puzzle, for children and watching that light bulb go off! Jenna's experience includes a variety of settings, including school boards, skilled nursing facilities, home health care, and private practice. Her other passion is dogs. She incorporates her therapy dog, Leo, into speech sessions to improve transitions, decrease anxiety, aid in overall calming, and make speech therapy FUN and effective. When she's not at work, you can find her with her three rescue dogs, Stella, Wilson, and Leo, as well as the many ever-changing rotations of fosters she is dedicated to helping. In addition, she has a soft spot for medically fragile and emotionally traumatized dogs and helps rehabilitate them.
